We have meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, outdoor spaces, an equestrian ring with seating for 2000+ people and lots more! We offer competitive rates, flexible booking, and plenty of parking. The grounds offer almost limitless opportunities for out-door events such as swap meets, car shows, and public markets. We also have bleachers for 2000+ spectators around our equestrian ring, and washroom facilities available. 
Our large, fully maintained equestrian ring is suitable for everything from professional rodeo events to children’s riding lessons.

The Luxton Fairgrounds are conveniently located at 1040 Marwood Ave in Langford. If you are coming from Victoria, Colwood or the northern part of the Western Communities region, then take Sooke Road west, turning left on Happy Valley Road, and then right on Marwood Avenue. The fairgrounds are on the right, immediately past the Galloping Goose Trail parking area.
If you’re coming from Sooke, the Malahat, or other areas of the Western Communities, take Sooke Road east, turning right on Luxton Road, just past Slegg Lumber, and then left on to Marwood Avenue.
